You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a BMC Helix Operations Management Specialist in Pune with Onsite work mode. With 4-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and support of BMC Helix Operations Management. Your key responsibilities will include having a strong understanding of Event Management concepts, integrating TrueSight with other 3rd party products, and managing Patrol Agent KMs for various components. Your role will involve configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart Reporting in Truesight OM, configuring events using MRL/BAROC, and analyzing environment and event data to optimize performance. You should be proficient in generating performance and capacity reports, with a good knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components. As a part of the team, you will work closely with application teams to provide solutions for various requirements and problems. Your experience in client-facing Implementation and Support assignments will be valuable in this role.
