Job Description
As an Operations Manager at the Blue Bond Accelerator, you will be a key player in establishing the organization as an efficient and effective entity by implementing internal processes and digital strategies. Your role will involve working closely with the Co-Executive Director to shape and strengthen the foundations of the organization, enabling it to successfully achieve its mission of driving capital towards communities and ecosystems in need. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing a stakeholder management system tailored to the organization's growth needs, overseeing relationships with service providers to ensure alignment with the organization's requirements, developing digital tools and resources for enhanced engagement, and identifying and managing technological solutions to improve internal workflows, such as AI-powered tools. To excel in this role, you must possess strong operational management experience in start-up or fast-growing environments, excellent project management and organizational skills, affinity with digital technology and AI, and experience working across multiple functions in small or growing organizations. Your hands-on and pragmatic mindset, along with clear communication skills, will be essential in driving the organization forward. Desirable skills include experience in the not-for-profit sector, understanding of sustainable finance or environmental policy, familiarity with donor-funded initiatives, financial acumen, knowledge of governance and legal frameworks, and experience working with diverse global teams.
