The department of Biology at our College invites application for Full time faculty position. We seek an enthusiastic dedicated individual with a strong commitment to teaching, research and mentorship. The successful candidate will join a vibrant and dynamic department committed to excellence in education Supervise the students" laboratory work and guide them during experiments - Draft examination papers and determine the parameters for judging the performance - Provide students feedback on how they performed on class tests and assignments to help them get better. *REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / QUALIFICATION** - Degree in Biology or Science. - Preferably a master's degree. - It would be beneficial to have prior teaching experience. - A completed teaching apprenticeship recommended. - Relevant teaching license or certification. - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. - Patience, resilience, and cultural sensitivity.
