You will be joining DHATU CONSULTING SERVICES as a BIM Architect, where your primary role will involve designing and coordinating architectural conceptual plans, renderings, and documentation for a variety of projects. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. Previous experience working on commercial projects is preferred, as this role is specifically tailored for candidates with an architectural background. As a BIM Architect, you must be proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT software. Additional skills required include proficiency in Sketchup, Lumion, 3dsMax, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Attention to detail, precision in drafting, effective communication, the ability to work independently, and meet deadlines are crucial for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, producing conceptual plans, renderings, and documents, and collaborating with a Senior Architect to deliver plans under guidance. You will also be responsible for researching building codes, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, liaising with clients, and staying updated on architectural trends and advancements.
