Job Description
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers/clients.
- Maintain billing records and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and reconcile accounts.
- Verify pricing, contract terms, and tax compliance on all invoices.
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies or disputes efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure billing accuracy.
- Prepare billing reports and summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audits and other finance-related administrative tasks.
