1. Customer Service

2. Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about the features, benefits, and safety guidelines of toys.
  • Be aware of current trends, popular brands, and seasonal items.

3. Sales

  • Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
  • Operate the cash register, handle payments (cash/card), and issue receipts.
