Job Title: LR and Billing Executive


Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LR and Billing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all tasks related to LR (Lorry Receipt) entries, including creating and maintaining accurate records. In addition, the role involves handling handwritten bills, generating invoices using our software, and managing e-way billing processes.


Key Responsibilities:


- LR Management: Accurately enter and update LR details in the system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.


- Handwritten Billing: Prepare and maintain handwritten bills as required, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

- Invoice Management: Generate invoices using company software, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

- E-Way Billing: Manage the entire e-way billing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all billing and LR-related documents for easy retrieval.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Customer Support: Address any billing or LR-related queries from customers or internal teams promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:


- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.

- Experience: Prior experience in LR management, billing, or related fields is preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software and e-way billing systems. Familiarity with manual record-keeping and invoice preparation.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
