Job Description
You will be responsible for analyzing and solving problems at their root by understanding the broader context. You will establish, meet, and monitor SLAs for support issues in collaboration with other teams. Interface with customers to comprehend their requirements and deliver comprehensive data solutions. In a high-ambiguity environment, you will triage multiple possible courses of action using quantitative analysis and business judgment. Effectively manage sensitive issues and handle escalations from business teams. Foster and maintain internal relationships, particularly with Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Client Support Managers, and Ad Operations to swiftly identify, report, and resolve issues. Your role will involve delving into various issues that may arise and troubleshooting data processing big data jobs. You will trace requests by analyzing logs to determine if the issue is related to software or data. Possessing strong interpersonal skills with a customer success orientation, you will exhibit patience and remain calm under the pressure of resolving real-time customer issues. Moreover, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences, including non-technical individuals. Experience with Big Data technologies such as Kafka will be beneficial for this role. A Btech/Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or a related field is required for this position.,
