You are invited to join our team as Bench Sales US IT Recruiters. This position is based in Vijayawada and requires working in Night Shift (US Timing). To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in US IT Recruitment would be an advantage. As a Bench Sales US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, job portals, and other networking techniques. Your role will involve submitting candidates for suitable positions, as well as following up regarding rates and client interviews. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with excellent negotiation skills to close the best deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
