Job Description
The Behaviour technician (ABA) is primarily responsible for, - direct one-on-one behavioural interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and help generalize the skills in different settings to children on Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental delays. - direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behaviour reduction. - assisting a Behaviour analyst in helping making progress reports for clients. -Establishing & maintaining therapeutic relationship by pairing self as a reinforcing entity and building the value for the child. - Accurately collects behaviour data on MS Excel daily and graphs the data as and when required. Educational Requirements - Candidate preferably with psychology as majors (graduate/pursuing graduation) and/or other graduates who are have excellent communication skills. (English/Gujarati/Hindi) - Ability to empathize with clients and their family members is a must. - Ability to remain professional, flexible and adaptable with clients and their family members is a must.
