The Beauty Manager is responsible for managing the beauty department/team, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves team supervision, training beauty advisors, managing inventory, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. The Beauty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the beauty department and ensuring that customers receive top-notch service. You will lead a team of beauty advisors, providing guidance and training to ensure their success. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing inventory levels and ensuring that the visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
