Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support company goals and market expansion.
• Oversee and coordinate marketing projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with project management consultants (PMC), architects, and interior designers to enhance business development opportunities.
• Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment in brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (freshers welcome)
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients and team members.
