Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience Required: 13 Years (Retail) Location: Madurai Industry: Retail Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote our chit fund schemes and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial products sales, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of chit fund operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers for various schemes through field visits, and referrals. Explain chit fund plans, benefits, and terms clearly to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing subscribers to encourage repeat participation and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Participate in promotional activities, local campaigns, and customer awareness drives. Collect necessary documents and ensure proper KYC compliance. Maintain accurate customer records and report daily progress to the branch head or sales manager. Requirements: Minimum of 13 years of experience in sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong local network and ability to generate leads. Ability to work in the field and meet clients regularly. Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
