Job Description
As a Sales and Events Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate and private events. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Additionally, you will collaborate with banquet and restaurant teams to coordinate and execute events smoothly. Working closely with marketing teams, you will promote banquet and restaurant services through various marketing and promotional activities. Monitoring sales performance and forecasting revenue targets will be a key part of your role. You will also be involved in negotiating pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients. Team collaboration is essential as you will work with chefs, service staff, and event planners to deliver high-quality experiences to clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Marketing. Strong sales and negotiation skills are required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as experience in event planning and coordination, will be beneficial. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.
