Job Description
- Handling Banquet
- Consulting with clients, banquet sales directors, and chefs to understand event requirements.
- Determining staffing needs, including waitstaff and bartenders
- Planning the layout and setup of banquet venues, including furniture arrangement and equipment placement
- Supervising and coordinating banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and other event personnel
- Creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage for events
- Providing training and guidance to staff on event procedures and service standards.
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns and complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Collaborating with chefs on menu planning and food preparation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff.
