Salary: 2.0 3.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance) Job Overview: Insolution Global is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Banking Operations / Reconciliation Executive to join our dynamic Fintech team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily transaction reconciliations, settlements, and resolving banking queries, playing a key role in maintaining financial integrity. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve mismatches, chargebacks, and pending transactions. Coordinate with banks, internal teams, and merchants for transaction-related queries. Maintain accurate records of daily reconciliations and settlement reports. Assist in audit and compliance documentation related to transaction flows. Support in day-to-day banking operations including NEFT/RTGS/IMPS monitoring. Adhere to timelines and escalation matrix for unresolved discrepancies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivots, reconciliation templates). Good communication and coordination skills.
