Company Description Tirang Sports is a sports management and consultation team dedicated to enhancing Indian sports through advanced sports infrastructure and comprehensive athlete training. Currently, Tirang Sports operates four world-class sports centres in Delhi, established in collaboration with schools and independent landowners. The centres cater to over 6,000 users and aim to extend such high-quality infrastructure to a broader audience. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Badminton Coach located in Delhi, India. The Badminton Coach will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing customized training programs, assessing player performance, and providing constructive feedback. The coach will also be responsible for organizing practice sessions, ensuring the safety and well-being of players during training, and promoting a positive and encouraging training environment. Qualifications Experience in Badminton coaching and player development Knowledge of training techniques and performance assessment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and mentor athletes Certification in sports coaching or related field is a plus Previous experience in working with athletes of various age groups is beneficial Proficiency in organizing and structuring effective training sessions Bachelors degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred Dedication to promoting a positive and safe sporting environment,
