You are a skilled and driven Backend Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in Python. Your main responsibility will be to develop robust, modular APIs that integrate real-world services such as Gmail and Jira. You will focus on test-driven development (TDD), clean architecture, and performance to ensure the scalability and reliability of the systems you build. As a core software engineering role, this position is not related to data science, data analytics, or data annotation. Your key responsibilities will include strictly adhering to a Test-Driven Development methodology, maintaining high standards of documentation, and delivering high-quality, production-ready code at a rapid pace. You will also be involved in designing and optimizing database schemas for scalability, reliability, and performance. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Python in production environments. Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit/integration testing is essential. You should also have demonstrated experience in building and scaling backend systems efficiently and effectively. A strong understanding of database schema design, data modeling, and the ability to write clean, maintainable code in a fast-paced, remote environment is required.
