We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as Back Office Staff. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the company. This role requires accuracy, timely execution of tasks, and coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and record maintenance in internal systems and databases
  • Managing emails, documentation, and file organization
  • Preparing reports, invoices, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinating with front office, sales, and logistics teams for smooth workflow
  • Handling customer queries and follow-ups (non-customer facing role)
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assisting in inventory, order processing, or vendor communication, if required
