Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and support tasks, data management, record keeping, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Data entry and management of company records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and systems.
  • Coordinate with front office and other departments.
  • Handle documentation and filing work.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support daily office operations and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies when needed.
  • Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a back office or administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Shift time -9:30am to 6:30pm
