Process applications, claims, renewals, and policy-related documents. Coordinate with the front office, sales team, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Verify and update customer details in the company database. Maintain accuracy in policy documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and maintaining Excel sheets. Respond to emails and internal queries related to policy status and documentation. Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
