Job Description
Email & Chat- Us Back Office Process. Duties Include: Email Handling- Review And Respond Customer Queries Via Email, In A Professionally Accurate Manner, Chat Support- Handle Chat Interactions With Customers And Give Instant Responses And Resolutions, Data Processing & Documentation- Record Details Of Interactions In Databases And Maintain Logs. Collaborate Closely With Other Teams To Resolve Customer Issues.
Salary: Rs. 15000 - Rs. 20000
Qualification: 12th Pass
Location: Malad West
Work Hours: 09:30 am - 6:30pm | Monday to Saturday. Rotational shift.
