• Document Management:
• Collaborating with counselors and admission teams to gather and verify student documents, ensuring they are complete and accurate for submission.
• Application Submission:
• Submitting applications through university portals and tracking their progress, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Follow-up and Communication:
• Liaising with universities regarding pending applications, providing clarifications, and addressing any inquiries related to the application process.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintaining student records, updating internal systems with application progress, and managing other backend operations related to student applications and visas.
• Visa Support:
• Assisting students with visa documentation and related backend processes for their study abroad journey
