Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare:

• Provide attentive, loving care to the child(ren) in a safe and hygienic environment
• Supervise and monitor daily activities, ensuring safety at all times
• Support age-appropriate learning through reading, educational games, music, and developmental activities
• Establish and maintain a routine including nap times, meals, bathing, and outdoor play
• Encourage hygiene and manners

Hygiene & Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness in the child's room, play area, and belongings
• Handle the child's laundry and organize their wardrobe
• Sterilize toys, feeding items, and keep personal hygiene a top priority

Emotional & Developmental Support:

• Foster emotional well-being through patience, kindness, and consistent care
• Encourage social development and positive behavior
• Communicate any changes in mood, behavior, or health to the parents immediately

Travel (if applicable):

• Willing to travel with the family for holidays or business trips
• Pack/unpack the childs items and maintain routines during travel

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a nanny or child caregiver (3+ years preferred)
• Formal training in early childhood education, CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
• High level of discretion and respect for the family's privacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
