We are currently in search of a motivated and professional Female Telecaller to become a part of our vibrant team. As a Female Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with HR representatives from software companies to discuss job openings and present our pool of qualified candidates effectively. Your key responsibilities will include conducting outreach to HR professionals, representing candidates, understanding client needs, promoting our services, building strong relationships with clients, scheduling follow-up interactions, maintaining accurate records, and collecting feedback to enhance our services. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, possess proven experience in telecalling or a related field (preferably in recruitment or education), exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong persuasive abilities with a customer-centric approach, have familiarity with the software industry and job roles, and be proficient in both English and Tamil (knowledge of other languages is a bonus).
