About Us Were a fast-growing dessert brand creating high-quality, chef-style desserts in convenient formats. From single-serve cups to bulk formats for service, were expanding into the B2B space cafs, restaurants, boutique hotels, and more. Role Overview Youll drive B2B sales of our dessert SKUs across Delhi NCR. This includes selling to restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, hotels, event caterers, gyms with food counters, and premium food retail outlets. Youll own the full sales cycle from lead gen to closing and account management. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new B2B clients in the F&B space Pitch the product, conduct tastings, and manage sampling logistics Own the sales funnel: outreach follow-up conversion reorder Collaborate with the ops team to ensure smooth deliveries Maintain client relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities Requirements 24 years of B2B field sales experience in food/FMCG/HORECA Existing connects in the restaurant/hospitality space are a strong plus Strong presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work independently, with a founder mindset What Youll Get Ownership in a fast-scaling F&B brand Opportunity to define our B2B channel from the ground up Exposure to product + marketing + ops in a lean team,
