Job Description

As a B2B Sales Executive in our company, your primary responsibility will be to identify business opportunities and generate leads by researching prospects in the Delhi/NCR region. You will be required to complete and maintain sales reports, understand and report on customer activities, and engage in lead generation and follow-ups. Coordinating sales strategy with other team members and working closely with administrative personnel will be essential to ensure smooth processing of sales tickets and paperwork. Key duties include making sales presentations, establishing relationships with both new and existing clients, negotiating deals, and providing post-sales support. The ideal candidate for this role should possess proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a high energy level, and the ability to achieve sales goals and deadlines. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative companies and high-net-worth clients while gaining valuable hands-on experience. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in B2B sales. Strong experience in managing B2B sales specifically in the NCR region is preferred. Knowledge of corporate sales culture, key drivers, pain points, and the ability to engage in discussions regarding the unique needs of this environment will be advantageous. Meeting monthly and quarterly targets, as well as being open to local travel as required for client meetings, are also important qualifications for this role.
