Job Description
You will be joining DevsarTech as a Generative AI Engineer based in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be entrusted with the task of conceptualizing, crafting, and implementing cutting-edge generative models and independent AI systems. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around projects such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI workflows, multimodal LLMs, memory-augmented systems, and cloud-based deployment. To excel in this position, you will collaborate closely with diverse teams to introduce pioneering AI solutions, enhancing the efficiency of business processes. To thrive in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3-6 years of practical experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning. Proficiency in Python for both model development and data manipulation is essential. Moreover, you must demonstrate a strong command of tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, among others. Your expertise should extend to areas such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, and Autonomous AI agents. Familiarity with vector databases like FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Pinecone is also highly valued. Furthermore, you should be adept in working with Diffusion Models, GANs, VAEs, LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma, GPT, etc.), and Conditional Generative Models. Experience in using Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP for model training and deployment is advantageous. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and API development using Flask, FastAPI, or Django will be beneficial for this role. Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are crucial. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Prior experience in the AI, data science, or cloud software industry will be an added advantage.
