Location: Chennai Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 5 7 years Qualifications Required: Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing) Experience in leading a work stream, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables Experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle/Cloud HCM concepts and ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams. Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile) Strong communication skills with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Roles and Responsibilities: Advise on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing Experience on designing, testing Reports, Interfaces and conversions Development of test scripts, testing scenarios, and execution Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR functions alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results Optimize cloud technology for our clients through assessments, process improvements, optimization of technology, opportunity to do single-module implementation Demonstrate experience and expertise in the design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications and the ability to work independently.
