Job Title: Ayurvedic Costing Specialist Location: Zirakpur Dhakoli Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2 years in Ayurvedic / Pharma costing or related field Salary: Depends on interview and experience Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Ayurveda Costing Specialist to manage and analyze the cost structures of our Ayurveda products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate product costing, pricing strategies, and profit margin optimization. Making product approval documents and Matter check according to DMR act and then give references. Also check matter of designing and then give approval for printing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cost sheets for Ayurveda formulations and products. Work closely with the R&D and procurement teams to collect raw material and process cost data. Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to determine pricing. Monitor and report cost variances and provide solutions to improve cost-efficiency. Collaborate with production and finance teams to streamline costing practices. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to product development and production. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Ayurveda, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Finance, or related field. Minimum [23] years of experience in costing within the Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic raw materials and formulations. Proficient in Excel and ERP costing modules (Marg, Tally, etc.). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Ayurvedic manufacturing. Experience in vendor cost negotiations and supply chain collaboration.
