Job Description
You are a highly experienced and dedicated Ayurveda Physician cum Clinic In-Charge sought to join our Ayurvedic treatment center in Malaysia. Your pivotal role will involve overseeing clinic operations, providing patient-centric care, leading a dedicated team, and contributing to revenue generation. You should hold a BAMS and MD in Panchakarma or a related specialization from a prestigious institution in India (preferred). A minimum of 5 years of Ayurvedic treatment experience is required. Fluency in both English and Tamil is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are key attributes for this role. You should be committed to maintaining a culture of honesty and transparency in all professional interactions and embody these qualities in your overall approach. Your responsibilities will include conducting health screenings and making confident diagnoses, tailoring personalized Ayurvedic treatments based on patient health conditions, overseeing treatments administered by therapists, and following up on patient progress. You will need to coordinate day-to-day activities for smooth clinic operations, lead and guide a diverse clinic team, manage pharmacy inventory and facility maintenance, collaborate with the digital content creation team, and integrate patient feedback. Aligning with the clinic's vision and contributing to revenue generation through exceptional patient care and service enhancements are also expected.
