The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager position at Kairali- The Ayurvedic Healing Village in New Delhi should possess a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or MD from a reputed University and have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and product management. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, building marketing plans, and developing/implementing marketing projects for both new and existing products. Your role will involve managing the productivity of marketing plans and projects, overseeing marketing campaigns to promote the company and its offerings, and producing engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target groups. As the Marketing Manager, you will own the implementation of successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, manage all marketing activities within the department, and develop a marketing strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Additionally, you will plan and implement promotional campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and maintain effective internal communications to keep all relevant company functions informed of marketing objectives. To excel in this role, you must have strong analytical and project management skills, a confident and dynamic personality, and a creative outlook. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and be willing to travel. Strong presentation skills, an interest in interacting with promoters and brands, and the ability to develop and deliver marketing strategies are essential for success in this position.
