This opportunity is with one of the leading organizations in the BFSI Industry. As a Talent Strategy and Execution professional in this role, your main objective will be to design and execute talent strategies that aim to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees. It is crucial to ensure that these strategies are in line with the long-term goals and objectives of the organization. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous learning, enhancing leadership development, and boosting employee engagement to enhance overall organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on talent-related decisions and contributing to the creation of a diverse, capable, and future-ready workforce. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing talent management strategies that are aligned with the goals of the Group and the Company. - Collaborating closely with the Head of Talent and leadership to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address them. - Creating and implementing strategies to identify and nurture high-potential talent through assessments and other tools. - Conducting assessment centers to pinpoint talent strengths and areas for improvement. - Developing frameworks for succession planning, career development, and workforce planning. - Ensuring succession plans are in place for critical roles throughout the organization. - Advocating for diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent management strategies. In terms of People Development, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing the development and execution of learning and development programs. - Aligning assessment center results with learning plans. - Cultivating a culture of continuous learning by implementing relevant training programs. - Managing leadership development initiatives to prepare future leaders. - Creating programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and reducing turnover. - Establishing in-house development programs and collaborating with vendors in this area. Your role will also involve collaboration with HR and Business Leaders by: - Partnering with HR, L&D, and business leaders to ensure that talent management efforts are aligned with broader organizational objectives. - Acting as a consultant to business leaders on talent management matters. - Working with Leaders to drive organizational culture initiatives that encourage engagement, innovation, and collaboration. - Facilitating 360-degree feedback sessions and leadership assessments to help leaders identify their strengths and areas for development. In addition, you will be involved in Talent Analytics by: - Utilizing data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives. - Offering insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team based on talent trends and data analysis. - Using data to support informed decision-making regarding promotions, role changes, restructuring, etc. - Collaborating with HR teams to conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans. Key Skills and Qualifications required for this role include: - A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Over 10 years of experience in talent management and HR domain. - A strong grasp of talent processes and leadership development. - The ability to design and implement talent strategies at both operational and strategic levels. - Familiarity with HR technologies and tools related to talent management.,
