About the Role The role involves overseeing Audio Visual technicians and subcontractors, ensuring quality and productivity throughout project execution. You will be responsible for resource allocation, progress monitoring, and on-site issue resolution while promoting best practices and safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise AV technicians and subcontractors for quality and productivity. Allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues. Train staff on best practices, safety, and technical standards. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Validate installations, cable management, and system integration. Oversee testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, managers, and vendors. Provide status updates and site reports to leadership. Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely equipment delivery. Maintain as-built documentation, installation reports, and handover checklists. Document challenges and deviations, ensuring stakeholder communication. Provide feedback for process improvements. Qualifications Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in AV Projects, 3+ years in a leadership role. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in AV integration, Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Biamp, Dante. Knowledge of networking, IP-based AV, and structured cabling. Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in project management and resource allocation. Preferred Skills Experience with advanced AV technologies and systems. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations.
