Automotive Service Advisor VehicleFix

VehicleFix is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for our customers. You will ensure a positive and transparent service experience by coordinating repairs and communicating effectively between customers and our mechanics.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and create detailed repair orders.
• Explain repair needs and cost estimates clearly and honestly.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow.
• Proactively communicate any changes in repair costs or timelines.
• Advise customers on preventative maintenance and additional services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and address any issues professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
