Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused sales representative to join our automotive lighting retrofit workshop. You will be responsible for welcoming customers at the workshop, explaining and demonstrating our retrofit process, answering their questions, and closing deals. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the workshop, providing them with a warm and professional experience.

Product & Service Demonstration: Clearly explain and demonstrate the automotive lighting retrofit process, including the benefits of upgrading headlights, taillights, or other lighting components.

Sales & Consultation: Identify customer needs, recommend the best lighting solutions, and guide them toward making a purchase.

Deal Closing: Confidently negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their purchase decisions.

Follow-Up & Customer Relations: Maintain relationships with customers by following up on inquiries, offering post-sale support, and encouraging repeat business.

Workshop Support: Coordinate with technicians to ensure a smooth installation process and address any customer concerns.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote additional services such as custom lighting options, premium LED/HID upgrades, and other accessories.

Sales Reporting: Keep track of daily sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to help improve workshop sales strategies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for cars and automotive lighting.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Confidence in closing sales and handling customer objections.

Basic knowledge of lighting retrofit processes (training will be provided).

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
