Job Title: Industrial Automation Technician Key Responsibilities: 1. wire electrical control panels for industrial automation systems, ensuring proper configuration and wiring of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, relays, VFDs other components. 2. Properly route and secure cables within control panels to ensure safe, efficient, and organized electrical setups. 3. Install and configure electrical systems, including sensors, actuators, drives, and controllers, to integrate with industrial automated machinery. 4. Integrate system components (e.g., power supplies, signal cables, communications wiring) to ensure safe and reliable machine operation. 5. Plan and implement cable routing paths within control panels and machine frames, ensuring minimal interference with other equipment, accessibility for future maintenance, and safety. 6. Troubleshoot and adjust cable routing to eliminate faults and ensure smooth machine performance. 7. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and control panels using diagnostic tools such as multi meter and PLC programming software.
