Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman & Site Executive (Interior Design) Location: Mysuru, Karnataka Company: Casamelia International LLC Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and versatile professional to join our team as an AutoCAD Draftsman & Site Executive. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in interior design and expertise in 2D and 3D drawings along with site visits and offline marketing for lead generation. Key Responsibilities: AutoCAD Draftsman: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on design specs. Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure accurate, high-quality drawings. Ensure all drawings meet company standards and client requirements. Revise drawings as needed and prepare design proposals. Present technical drawings to clients and teams. Site Executive: Visit construction sites to take precise measurements and assess site conditions. Conduct door-to-door marketing at construction sites to generate leads. Keep accurate records of site visits and marketing activities. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution. Provide on-site support during project installations. What are we looking for 1-2 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on AutoCAD drafting and site management. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software; 3D modeling knowledge is a plus. Strong understanding of construction and interior design principles. Ability to take accurate site measurements and create detailed drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive marketing approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to travel locally for site visits and door-to-door marketing.
