Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Android Developer with hands-on expertise in building AR applications using ARCore, Androids Sensor Framework, and Camera APIs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating immersive, real-world mobile experiences using the latest in augmented reality and sensor technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain advanced AR features in Android applications using ARCore. Integrate and manage Androids Sensor Framework and SensorManager to support motion, orientation, and environmental sensing. Work with Camera APIs to enable high-performance AR interactions and real-time processing. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Reducing latency, optimizing frame rate, managing battery and thermal issues Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Keep up-to-date with AR/VR trends and Android platform updates. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Kotlin. 3+ years of professional Android development experience. Hands-on experience with ARCore and AR development. Solid understanding of Android Sensor Framework and SensorManager. Experience with Android Camera2 API or other camera libraries. Good understanding of Android UI/UX standards and best practices. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to OpenGL or real-time rendering. Knowledge of ML Kit or image processing libraries. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
