Role Description Ensuring compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal and external audit standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Risk assessment: Conducting risk assessments to identify areas of potential concern and developing audit plans accordingly. Audit planning and execution: Planning and executing internal audits, including defining the scope, objectives, and procedures. Reviewing audit reports: Reviewing audit findings, preparing audit reports, and recommending corrective actions. Team guidance: Providing guidance and support to audit teams, ensuring efficient and effective audit processes. Follow-up and implementation: Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions to address audit findings. Stakeholder communication: Communicating audit results and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders. Maintaining knowledge: Keeping abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Statements, Finance, and Accounting Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify discrepancies Expertise in conducting Financial Audits Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Relevant certifications such as CPA or CIA are a plus Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
