We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Restaurant Auditor to assess operational, financial, and compliance processes across our restaurant outlets. The auditor will ensure adherence to company standards, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to improve overall performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of restaurant outlets (surprise and scheduled).
• Review cash handling, inventory management, billing practices, and POS reports.
• Evaluate compliance with SOPs, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Audit petty cash, vendor invoices, and daily sales reports.
• Perform stock audits including food, beverage, and consumables.
• Identify fraudulent activities, variances, or policy breaches and report findings.
• Prepare audit reports with observations and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Collaborate with store managers and operations team to support process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of audit findings and sensitive information.
