Job Title: Audio Visual (AV) Technician Experience Level: 1 Year Education: B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication Location: ABB Peenya Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Audio Visual (AV) Technician with 1 year of hands-on experience and a background in Electronics & Telecommunication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio, video, and multimedia systems for corporate events, meetings, classrooms, and live sessions. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your growth in advanced AV technologies and systems. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate AV equipment including Cameras, microphones, speakers, LED Walls, Displays and conferencing tools. Assist in the installation and integration of AV systems (displays, sound systems, wiring). Provide real-time support for live events, meetings, and presentations, ensuring smooth AV performance. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV hardware and software. Maintain inventory, prepare equipment before events, and ensure proper cable management. Coordinate with clients, IT teams, and event staff to understand technical requirements. Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication. Minimum 1 year of experience in AV installation, support, or live event operations. Basic understanding of AV over IP, audio signal flow, video resolutions, and AV networking. Familiarity with tools like video switchers, sound mixers, Control System and conferencing software. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and time management skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to control systems like AMX, Crestron, Extron or DSP programming. Certifications (e.g., Harman -AMX, Crestron, Extron) are a plus but not required. Experience with AV-over-IP systems Basic understanding of networking concepts. Training will be provided for system-specific tools and workflows.,
