As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to ATM operations. Your responsibilities will include refilling ATMs with cash, monitoring cash levels to prevent shortages or excess, addressing and assisting customers with any issues regarding ATM usage, such as card retrieval or transaction errors. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate logs of ATM usage, cash levels, and service reports. In this role, you will also need to coordinate with third-party vendors, such as cash-in-transit service providers, to ensure timely and secure cash refilling.
