Job Description
You will be responsible for providing support for ViciDial and Belsmart Dialers as a VoIP Support Engineer. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues related to FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, and WebRTC, as well as being well-versed in call center dialer functionalities. Additionally, you will be expected to possess a strong understanding of VoIP-based systems, with the ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot them effectively. Furthermore, you should have a solid grasp of Linux systems, along with practical experience in troubleshooting within a Linux environment. A good understanding of Linux-based security systems is also essential for this role. While not mandatory, basic knowledge of Perl, scripting, PHP, and MySQL would be advantageous. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The role involves working in either UK or US shifts from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in VoIP-related roles. The work location for this position is remote.,
