Job Description
Job Summary: As a part of the Mid and Large Employee Benefits (EB) department, you will be responsible for managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of our corporate clients, with a focus on retention. Responsibilities: - Implement the delivery strategy to ensure customer satisfaction, dependence, and service patronage. - Build and maintain effective relationships with key corporate customers. - Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and make necessary adjustments to meet their needs. - Engage with customers through various mediums to provide quick assistance and resolution. - Keep customers updated on the latest products and service offerings. - Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling strategies. - Ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables. - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Desired Profile: We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills: - Excellent communication skills. - Good listening skills and the ability to determine clients" needs efficiently. - Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Good technical knowledge about Employee Health Insurance and General Insurance products. - Experience in General Insurance or Insurance Brokers. - 7 to 15 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. - Any Insurance Qualification is preferred.,
