Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven AVP Sales to lead client engagement, drive revenue growth, and oversee seamless coordination between sales, design, and execution teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational alignment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Drive and achieve sales targets through effective client engagement and conversion strategies. Ensure a premium client experience from consultation to project sign-off. Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers. Oversee resource planning and manage internal coordination across teams. Track and ensure timely delivery of design team outputs aligned with client expectations. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in interior design. Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer behavior, and premium service delivery. Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and meet revenue goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Bachelors degree in Business, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
