Post : Associate - Utility Testing Freshers can apply Location : JP Nagar, Bangalore Willingness to travel Roles & Responsibilities : 1) Assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of testing equipment. 2) Conducting tests and inspections on steam, compressed air, and gas systems according to established procedures and safety guidelines. 3) Collaborating with experienced technicians to ensure accurate data collection and analysis. Assisting in the documentation of test results, including detailed reports and recommendations. 4) Providing support during field visits and client interactions as needed. 5) Assisting in equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure accurate testing procedures. 6) Ensures all instruments/equipment is calibrated and functioning properly, and when instruments/equipment is found to need maintenance/repair, he/she contacts the admin to have it repaired. Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing methods and procedures. 7) Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies and reporting usage quarterly. 8) Manages the filing and upkeep of all laboratory documents and records. Keep the facility audit (Customer/Regulatory) ready always. , Support in all laboratory investigations, sampling, and testing. ( lncluding customer complaint investigations) , Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending in-house training given by seniors or fellow teammates. 9) Following all company policies and procedures and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
