We are seeking a dynamic Associate Training and Placement to become a valuable member of our team. As an Associate Training and Placement, your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with students, recruiters, and various teams to oversee student progress, offer feedback, support career development, and align students with suitable job roles and employment opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the academic and career advancement of students. By providing regular feedback, you will contribute to enhancing their employability and professional growth. Additionally, you will assist students in crafting resumes, preparing for interviews, and developing effective job search strategies. Your guidance will be instrumental in helping students realize their career aspirations. A key aspect of your role will be working closely with students to identify their strengths and interests. By understanding their skills and aspirations, you will match students with appropriate job roles and employment opportunities that align with their profiles. Efficient collaboration is vital in this position. You will be required to work seamlessly with students, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of placement activities and events. This may involve organizing collaborative events, workshops, masterclasses, super sessions, placement drives, and outreach initiatives. Through these initiatives, you will create networking opportunities for students, engage industry leaders, and potentially generate hiring prospects with streamlined coordination. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and other stakeholders. A passion for guiding and mentoring students in their career development is crucial, along with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and collaborate with teams. Your ability to assess student progress, align job roles with their skills and aspirations, and proficiency in Google Workspace and basic digital marketing concepts are also essential. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in any field, with prior experience in career counseling, training, or placement services considered a plus.
