The ideal candidate for this position should have a BE degree in IT, Computers, Electronics, Electrical, MCA, or BCA. As a fresher, you should possess the following software skills: working knowledge of JavaScript and JQueryMobile, PHP, MySQL, and HTML. Your degree project should be related to software development, and you should have prior experience working on an academic project. It is essential to have a good working knowledge of at least one JavaScript Framework such as DojoToolkit, jQuery, ExtJS, MooTools, Wakanda, or YUI, with preference given to experience with the Dojo Toolkit. The ability to learn from online tutorials and self-learn new technologies is crucial as no classroom training is provided in our company. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are also important for this role. You should have proficiency in English speaking, be hardworking, possess a can-do attitude, be self-disciplined about time and commitments, and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
