Role Description - Structuring complex transactions; - Drafting, negotiating and finalization of term sheets, share subscription and purchase agreements, among other key definitive documents; - Conducting and competing legal and compliance due diligence for target entities. - Overseeing closing formalities, procedures and steps. Requirements: - Minimum of 8-9 years of post-qualification experience; - Significant experience in handling M&A and PE/ VC transactions; - Work experience in a law firm is strongly preferred.,
